Tess earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from The New Studio on Broadway at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Since graduating, Tess has appeared Off-Broadway in such productions as Ziegfeld's Midnight Frolic (Olive Thomas), August Strindberg's Dream Play (Portress, Edith), and Uncle Giff's Christmas Special (Opal Opplemeyer). When Tess isn't singing and dancing, she's working on her two-woman sketch comedy series ‘Shame-Full’ with writing partner Kathleen Cameron or doing improv with The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre.
