Mission Statement

Stagebound, Inc., was founded by Karen Parks in 2012 as a launching pad for performers desiring the opportunity to understand and implement the professional “workings” of the business. Karen noticed, while touring and working with both, high school and college students, that many young performers did not have a solid idea of what to expect in the professional working world and could not consistently “book” jobs--even after extensive training and/or a highly coveted degree in Fine Arts. Karen later discovered this need spanned all performers. She sought to discover what they were missing and realized it was those things that set them apart from others. Once truth in performance is discovered, one can be Stagebound.
